Installation of our second offsite backup server ma-offsite2 at the College's co-location data centre in Slough has been completed and this server is gradually coming onstream to backup the ma-backup2 and ma-backup3 onsite servers, which are located in the Maths server room at South Kensington. The new server joins our existing offsite server ma-offsite1 at the Open University in Milton Keynes to provide a comprehensive off-campus backup of the most important data sources used by research users in Maths.
